How to Use Vitaplan

Quick & easy to prepare with 200ml of water

Quarter fill a glass or cup with cold water
Add 55g of Vitaplan (approx. 6 heaped tablespoons) and stir well
Continue to stir while filling your glass with the remaining water

For best results, try preparing in a blender or shaker!
