- 500g of lean steak mince
- 1/2 cup of Healtheries Ground Chia Seeds soaked in 1 cup of water
- 1 Tbsp sundried tomato paste
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine mince and pre-soaked chia seeds.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Roll into 16-18 balls.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes.
