Orange Chilli and Ginger Dressing

The perfect balance of acidic and sweet ingredients bring together a great mixture of flavours that complement each other.

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ red chilli sliced
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • ½ teaspoon ginger grated
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Incorporate all ingredients in a mason jar and shake a few times.

Tip – try adding coriander as an option.
