- 1 tbsp Healtheries Ground LSA (Ground Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Almond Meal)
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries or other berries
- 1 small ripe banana
- ½ cup yoghurt, plain or flavoured to match fruit
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Using a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve immediately.
