Green Tea Infused Coconut Water

This deeply hydrating and invigorating drink can be enjoyed as a simple thirst quencher on a hot day or jazzed up with pretty garnishes and served as a lovely mocktail.

Green Tea Infusion

Ingredients

  • 3 Healtheries Green Tea teabags
  • 500mls coconut water
  • Additional sweetener if desired

Method

  1. Place the teabags and coconut water in a jug. Place in the fridge and allow to infuse for at least one hour and up to 12 hours.
  2. Add additional sweetener (honey or caster sugar) if desired.
  3. Serve over ice with garnishes as desired.
