Skin Loving Smoothie

This smoothie brings together lots of ingredients that support healthy skin. You’ll receive a healthy dose of polyphenols, skin-loving fats, zinc and omega 3. It’s really easy to customise this smoothie further to suit your taste, berries would be a lovely addition.

Skin Loving Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼- ½ avocado – peeled and stone removed
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts
  • 1 heaped teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup milk (I like almond milk)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add additional milk if needed until desired consistency.

Whenever you want! But seriously, have this smoothie alongside some eggs for brunch, or what about in that space in between lunch and dinner when you’re hungry but know it will be better to have something nutritious than the biscuits in the cupboard.
