- ½ frozen banana
- ¼- ½ avocado – peeled and stone removed
- 2 teaspoons cacao powder
- ¼ cup raw walnuts
- 1 heaped teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 cup milk (I like almond milk)
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add additional milk if needed until desired consistency.
