- 1 x large avocado
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- ½ lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender/food processor and whiz until smooth.
