- 1 Cup Healtheries Gluten Free Baking Mix
 - ¼ cup Corn Flour Gluten Free
 - ½ teaspoon Baking Powder Gluten Free
 - ½ cup Sugar
 - 5 Eggs
 
Method
- Heat your oven to 180 degrees
 - Line a square baking tin with baking paper
 - Sift the dry ingredients together and set aside
 - Place eggs in a generous size bowl (yolks and whites), beat with an electric beater until white and fluffy. This process will take around 6-8 minutes
 - Once white and fluffy add the sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and continue to beat until sugar has dissolved. Continue until all sugar is combined with the eggs
 - Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, making sure all has combined well, this will take a few minutes.
 - Pour cake mixture into the square tin and tap a few times to get rid of any air bubbles
 - Place in oven and bake for 40-50 minutes
 - Check cake at 40 minutes and insert a knife or a toothpick in the middle to check
 - If cake batter is still sticking bake till it reached 50 minutes
 - Once cooked take out over the oven and let it cool. Once cooled turn onto a baking rack and cover
